Keira graduated with a BA (Hons) in Theatre from the University of York in 2019, and from then began work creating free and fair arts opportunities through JustOut Theatre. After University, Keira moved to London where she worked for a large West End production company. There, she realised her passion was creating access to culture and addressing the inequalities that lead to inaccessibility.

In September 2020, Keira started an MA in Audiences, Engagement and Participation at the University of Leeds. Her MA research has further heightened her passion for challenging inequality. This pushed her to look for career opportunities that would allow her to make a difference, ultimately landing at the Tutor Trust where she is delighted to be helping tackle inequalities in education.
