We want to congratulate all our SATs and GCSE pupils for all their hard work (and it’s paid off!)

We’re so pleased to have started receiving positive results back from our partner schools and we are proud to say an overwhelming majority of young people are achieving higher than when they began their tutoring journey with us.

Significant progress

1 particular school made an average of 15.5 scaled score points progress and 95% of tutees met expected standard! 
Without their support our students would not have achieved their target grades or gained substantial knowledge of the curriculum due to barriers they face…a number of our students have gone above their expected grades”

We’re so proud to see the real impact of our work and look forward to receiving both SATs and GCSE results from our other partners. 

The attainment gap remains a prevalent issue 

National averages indicate fewer GCSE English and Maths resits secured a 4 this year. With over a million young people already classified as NEET, this is very concerning.

This is why we continue to push our work with predominantly socially disadvantaged pupils, that meet such criteria. We recognise the urgency behind the increasing social and regional disparities and it is crucial, now more than ever, that we continue to create change, supporting one pupil at a time. We aim to broaden our number of school partnerships, particularly in the North-East, who are the lowest performing region, requiring the most urgent support.
