Our teams work out of city centre offices in Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool, and live and work in the communities we serve

This team is focused on recruiting highly-motivated individuals to train to tutor with us

This team supports our tutors in delivering impactful and engaging sessions. They also create monthly (free) learning and development opportunities for tutors, so they can continue to build their skills throughout their time with us.

Our trainers have extensive experience in education, and we have additional support from two members of the University of Manchester's PGCE training team.

The team gathers and analyses all the data relating to our tuition programmes, providing valuable information that we use to learn about how we can improve every aspect of what we do

The team works closely with colleagues in Impact and Data Systems to create content that we then share across our channels to showcase the power of tutoring

This team ensures colleagues are supported, and our offices are welcoming spaces

Our Finance Team assist teams behind the scenes to maintain the efficient management of our resources, so that we can offer support to as many young people as possible.
