Tutor Training and Quality Assurance Team

This team supports our tutors in delivering impactful and engaging sessions. They also create monthly (free) learning and development opportunities for tutors, so they can continue to build their skills throughout their time with us.

Our trainers have extensive experience in education, and we have additional support from two members of the University of Manchester's PGCE training team.

Impact and Data Systems Team

The team gathers and analyses all the data relating to our tuition programmes, providing valuable information that we use to learn about how we can improve every aspect of what we do
