With our ambitious three-year plan now fully underway, we’re recruiting to five new key roles so that we can reach even more young people to transform lives through tutoring.

We have exciting plans to double the number of tutees we support in the next three years – from the 6,700 of the last academic year, to 13,000 by the end of 2024/2025 – and we need to expand our staff team to meet that need. In the last two years we’ve more than doubled the size of our team to 55, and we’re now turbo-charging that growth again as we advertise five new roles so that we can continue to respond to the needs of more and more school partners.

The new roles are:

Quality Manager (Coaching)

  • Ensuring our tutees have the best experience possible, and that our tutors deliver high quality tuition, is at the heart of all we do. Our Quality Managers are vital to this, and this new role will focus on monitoring the quality of tuition sessions to develop and strengthen the work of our tutors. In addition, the postholder will coach individual tutors who fall below our expected standards of tuition quality and support them to plan and deliver high-quality tuition.
  • Closing date: Monday 3 October 2022 at 9am.
