Data Protection (GDPR) Statement on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) The Board of Trustees recognise their role in ensuring that The Tutor Trust is compliant with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Trustees have: Appointed a Data Protection Officer; Approved a Data Protection Policy, which will be reviewed annually; Ensured that a full data audit for Tutor Trust activity has been undertaken; Ensured that all staff have undertaken appropriate GDPR training and are aware of how to report any data breaches. The Tutor Trust is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and takes advice from the ICO website on best practice on protecting data.
