Tutor Trust's Recruitment and Development team recruits and trains amazing individuals - who may be studying at a local university, have been teachers, or have worked professionally in another sector - to tutor with us
Tutor Trust are deeply committed to evidence-based practice and to ensuring every hour a tutor spends with a young person has a positive impact on attainment, confidence and enjoyment of learning. We are unique in the UK in having positive results from two randomised control trials.
Tutor Trust shares the results of its 2024 Impact Report which showcases the real-life stories and projects behind the successes of the last academic year
At Tutor Trust we continually seek to learn 'what works' with tutoring and, with over ten years of experience, we've amassed a range of knowledge. We collect and analyse a wide range of data and views in order to help us understand the impact of our tutoring programmes, and inform continuing programme design.
